I am so excited about our March and you are going to be,
also. I have had several people step up to volunteer baby animals and we
are going to have the best time. Kinley’s Aunt Deanne has a baby turtle
and a hamster for tomorrow, a very dear friend of ours is a veterinarian and is
able to provide kittens and then puppies on the following two Wednesdays, my
daughter Samantha bought a bunny for Emily and is letting us keep it on the
last Wednesday of the month, and Noelle’s mom has just told me her supervisor
has baby chicks that we will coordinate for a day probably other than Wednesday
(to be determined). Looks like we are going to have a lot of baby animals
and the children are going to be thrilled. Of course there will be lots
of pics. But if anyone thinks of an additional resource please do not
hesitate to let me know. Can’t have too many baby animals. To
complement our month, I have four videos from Scholastic (the magazine source
you receive twice a month) all related to Spring. The first shows a baby
alligator hatching from his egg which is going to be so much fun to
watch.
