This was a great week.
Everyone was in attendance (until Friday’s vacationers) so hopefully
that means the sickie germs are on the way out.
Our Bible study this week was the story of Zacchaeus from
Luke 19:1-2. And thanks to Ms. Megan,
Mamaw discovered You Tube and I am thrilled to use it to accompany my musical
lessons as is the case with Zacchaeus.
The cute song with hand motions can be found on the web link www.praiseinmotion.com. Encourage your child to sing it for you. Every one of the children enjoy participating
in this song. This was the last week of
the month so we reviewed all week our number 6, the letters P,Q&R, hearts,
pink and the recognition of each. See
the attached pic of our game “broken hearts” which is a game of matching the
upper case letter to the lower case letter.
Lots of arts & crafts with a painting of clouds on Thursday that we
sprayed with water to create rain running down the page. On Friday we had our “show & tell”.
Temps are getting better so enjoy a blessed weekend.
